Initially, the massage therapist will focus on your feet. Then, after massaging your calves and thighs, she will move on to your arms, back, and shoulders. According to Thai tradition, the order of the techniques and their nature is closely linked to the energy lines, or sen, in your body, which are responsible for its proper functioning. Once your back is properly relaxed, you\u2019ll change positions to lie on your back, and the ritual is repeated. The final part is a head massage, but before that, the therapist washes her hands.
